For 2 weeks now I have been hoping for a 2 hour delayed start. I wouldn't mind a few days off, but we have to make those up. Delayed starts (or early dismissals) don't count against us, even if we had them for a month straight! I hear there's hope of more inclimate weather next week. Of course the news people make this sound as if the world is coming to an end, but you can bet that teachers everywhere are crossing their fingers so hard they're turning blue. I'm certainly rooting for snow!
Speaking of snow and ice, tomorrow night Katie, Mom, Paula, and I are going to see Stars on Ice at Key Arena.
