Katie went to the doctor this morning for her one month check-up. Everything looks good, but they did some tests to make sure that her one remaining kidney is functioning well solo. I'm not quite sure what they do if it isn't working well. It isn't like she can just get the other one back!
My WASL administering is DONE...for this year. This afternoon I got to teach, and tomorrow I will teach for my first full day in 2.5 weeks. Finally! Last week I went down to Mom's building to choose/take some old resources that others had discarded. I started using some of the math materials today and am quite pleased with the initial result.
Yesterday we went to Micaela's 3rd birthday. It was great fun. She looked so cute in the costume I made her!
This weekend we have to go down to Oregon to sprinkle Grandma Esther and Grandpa Eddie in the skatter garden at the cemetary. It looks quite pretty -- lots of native plants and thing, and I guess I plaque will be added to the wall there. I guess I'll see if it lives up to it's brochure. The fun part will be seeing Nancy, Linda, and Elise. And going to the Columbia outlet with Dad.
