Two days ago (on the 9th) Katie turned 26. We had a party at the Queen Mary -- afternoon tea -- very tasty! Katie got all sorts of great gifts (some of which were from yours truly, so they had to be good) including a wii! So for the past few days we've been playing with wii sports and wii fit. Wii fit is really fun. It talks to you and Katie's Mii (the cartoon her she created) shows up in my games and mine shows up in hers. It's really fun!
Tonight we leave for Florida for a week with the Women's Chorus. It should be lots of fun. Don't worry, I've got my sunscreen packed. Unforutunately, the two costumes we need to bring with us (plus shoes and make-up) take up half of my little suitcase! In order to bring it all, I'm carrying my sandals in my carry on bag! Unforutnately, it's going to be a really long night. Our flight leaves at 9:15 pm and gets to Miami at 6 am (or 3 am Seattle time)! Thankfully we don't have to switch planes at all.
