Mmm Mmm Good!


Katie had class tonight, so I made a lovely skillet lasagna from our 30 minute Cook's Illustrated cookbook. It turned out to be VERY tasty and left us with plenty of leftovers.

  2. Nope! It was all done in one frying pan and it really did only take 30 minutes. And most importantly, it was VERY good and there were lots of leftovers!
