The weather today was one big joke: freezing cold, ice, and even some snow in the rain...but it's SPRING! I don't know quite what to make of that.
The highlight of my day was making pizza for dinner. I based it on the pizza I had at the Moose's Tooth with Emily and Neil in Anchorage. I made a sauce out of ricotta and pesto, then topped it with strips of seasoned steak (prepared and cooked up by yours truly), shredded mozzarella, and diced roma tomato. We topped our pizza slices with a bagged taco salad. It was a fantastic dinner.

Mmmm... that sounds tasty! Actually I just had lunch there today for a friend's birthday. Good stuff.
