I successfully completed my mission of getting a cute haircut! It's behaving quite curly-like too -- though less so after I played with it all day...I just can't keep my hands off of it!
Afterwards we went to McDonald's so that I could try that new southern style chicken burger, which really looked like a chicken little (those little chicken burgers with tons of mayo on them that KFC used to make 15-20 years ago). It's NOT. It's okay, but save your money and just buy the $1 McChicken if you get the urge for deep fried poultry on a bun. It was spendy and consisted solely of chicken patty, regular hamburger bun, and 2 small dill pickle slices. No mayo. Not a big chicken little.
In other news, I set both Grandma and Grampy up with blogger accounts so that they can comment on the blogs, even when we put the security settings high. And we've discovered that Grampy really enjoys Crystal light lemonade, so I hooked him up with another 28 packets to put in his water bottles.
