Yesterday Katie and I went up to Shoreline to make sushi with Micaela and Corinne. Micaela was quite excited, and wound up stabbing most of the fish (especially the unagi, eel) with her chopsticks. And, as you can see in the picture, she had a really good time taking giant bites out of the cucumber. It all turned out really tasty.
We had a really busy day. From there, we went directly to Meany, where Katie had a reunion concert with the Northwest Girlchoir. And from there we quickly had to dress for an auction (for another choir) at the Museum of Flight. It was busy, but great fun. We got to sit right next to Sarah and Cheri and we all had a much better time than we did at the Mens' and Womens' Chorus auction, because we were not sitting with a creepy, gross drunk guy. I almost bought a great new messenger bag, but was outbid at the last moment.
Now I'm off to U Village, where I will hopefully get my hair cut! If I am successful, more pictures will soon follow!
