House?

Yesterday afternoon Katie and I made an offer on the Beacon Hill house we really like. It's at 1708 S Bennett St. Today we made a counter offer. It's all very nerve-wracking because we're dealing with so much more money than we've ever played with before, but we got to talk with the mortgage lady this morning, and rates are looking pretty good. Hopefully things will work out and we will have a very cute house of our very own! Keep your fingers crossed!
