Last night was the family bbq at my school. It was a lot of fun getting to see so many of the kids and their families. I met a lot of people, but really didn't meet anyone...I was the person who put the meat on their bun, so I didn't get to really talk to anyone, except a few of the kids who were either helping out or waiting for more burgers or hotdogs to arrive. It was definately a long day though, seeing as I was at school for 10.5 hours!
After the bbq Katie and I went to see "Death at a Funeral". It was funny in the same way that "Meet the Parents" is funny...where you just want the painful situations to stop!
Today we're going to some sort of Native American salmon festival (which of course has a more specific name than that, but I don't know what it is). And tomorrow afternoon is my birthday dinner!
