House?

Today we went to Katie's school to work on her classroom some more. I wound up helping out their new 4th grade teacher by recycling a bunch of stuff and making new file folders for her students for this year.

Then we went house looking with Pat, the real estate lady. We really like the first house we saw. It's quite tiny, but it has a really big yard. After that we saw 6 other houses. A few were quite disappointing when seeing them in person or from the inside, and a few others were totally disgusting. But the first one was cute. We're going to go back in the next few days with my dad so that he can look at it! It needs some work, but most of it looks like it's cosmetic. Of course, the inspector would know for sure, if we get to that point.
